  • Summary:

    Sun-Hee (Yum Jung-Ah) is a mother of two children. She has worked as a contract worker for a large discount store for the past 5 years. Sun-Hee has been promised numerous times that she would eventually be promoted to a regular full-time employee. Hye-Mi (Moon Jeong-Hee) is a single mother and works with Sun-Hee as a contract worker. Soon-Rye (Kim Young-Ae) works as a janitor at the same discount store and is also a contract worker.

    One day, the contract workers learn that they will be dismissed. The workers panic, but Hye-Mi and Soon-Rye suggests that they form a union to fight for their rights. Sun-Hee is nominated with Hye-Mi and Soon-Rye to represent the contract workers. A struggle between the contract workers and management takes place.
