    A famous movie director arrives in a small town to finish his movie script. He sits in front of his computer in his motel, but can’t think of anything to write. The director orders coffee to his room and then complains to the delivery girl of his writer’s block. The delivery girl then tells the director the story of “Romance Joe”.

    Popular actress Woo Joo-Hyun committed suicide, while Romance Joe worked on the set as an assistant director. Romance Joe hears of Woo Joo-Hyun’s suicide and decides to quit his job. He also starts to contemplate suicide. Romance Joe then goes back to his hometown and meets someone that he may be intimately related too …
