if you want to join the files for this video without using joining software.
try this erase the .001 of the 3 files just like this.

now you will see the icon change into a book or winrar the open the file 1st file
hitokiri.part1.rar and then extract it it will automatically the file will join to 1 😀
now you can have fun watching it

why i can’t joined the files?? T^T
i checked all three files and the download is fully complete..
1- I rename the files( i tried everything like .001 or just 1 or just wrote rounin – it’s not working
2 – i used 7-zip – not working
3 – i used hjsplit – also not working
when i tried the 7zip, i test it first and it says that there is no error in joining..but when the software extracted the files, only one part of the video is there whereas the other two parts is missing..this is so weird..i never encountered such problems..anyone can help?
heya, i got the same prob. but this method then worked for me:
1. erase the .001 extension so every files jus ended up as rar files. ignore the prompt that said doing it will change the files.
2. once you got the file name all matched: e.g.hitokiri part 1. rar, hitokiri part 2. rar,hitokiri part 3. rar. jus use 7zip or any zip program to extract.

see file properties, its that rar?
when U download it, if name file end like mkv.001.. dont try to rename it again, and when Ure IDM download the file and this icon not rar.. try to rename it before click to start download
check every file, just put your mouse pointer to file then U see properties like file 001, 002, etc.. if U see that try to join with 7zip then choose extract here.. thats i can do 😀

hi there, this method worked for me ^^,
use IDM, and you’ll get these files :
1. [movietitle].part1.rar.001
2. [movietitle].part2.rar
3. [movietitle].part3.rar.001
extract file number 1 and then number 3 with hjsplit, u’ll get these files :
1. [movietitle].part1.rar
2. [movietitle].part2.rar
3. [movietitle].part3.rar
after that, you just have to right click file number 1 and choose ‘extract here’. finish.
note : sorry for my bad english. I can’t speak english fluently, hehe.
I’m not sure if this will work but try this…
Try extracting the 3 files individually using hjsplit. This should remove the .001 extension correctly. Then extract part 1 with rar or 7zip, your choice.

This Movie is really Awesome! I’m Nobuhiro Watsuki fans. I love Rurouni Kenshin Manga dan Anime Very Much. At the beginning i didnt give a High expectation to this movie. When you see “Hollywood” production make “Japanese” product they use to fail, especially Rurouni Kenshin is not only a movie about “action and sword”, it has such a deeply meaning. But when i see “Takeru Sato” on the list of he actor i was so excited. I love the way Sato-san act on Beck (He has such a pure eyes). So i did try to watch this movie and i was amaze. Warner Bross put alot of effort to this live action movie. The director and also the writer (from my opinion he failed on making The Last Air bender but he did very well on blending the rurouni kenshin story), the casting (although i dont like the way they cast sanosuke, coz in my imagination sanosuke suppose to be high and cool man, but he did have a good act and funny), The Graphic, The custom, all of it is very awesome. M. Night Shyamalan really understood the spirit of “Rurouni Kenshin”.
I expect this movie get more attention and viewer.
dont forget about the DB movie they made… man, sure is lame.
btw, i ve waitin 4 so long n at last i can watch this movie
